Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping policies, including destinations, tracking, and additional charges for UK customers.

ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to process and ship orders within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) to ensure you receive your purchases promptly.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We are pleased to offer international shipping. Prices and delivery time varies per country.

EU & UK: 2-3 business days

Outside of Europe: 4-6 business days

Please refer to the checkout for a detailed calculation of the shipping prices. All orders above 60 EUR include FREE shipping.

ADDRESS CHANGES & TRACKING

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed as we promptly initiate the processing and transfer the order to the carrier. You will receive an email with the Track & Trace code, which allows you to track your package. Please note, tracking information may not be available until the next working day after the carrier has processed your order.

If you have not received your order, check with neighbors or look for a delivery note. If the Track & Trace code indicates delivery but you have not received anything, please contact us at support@modestmaillot.com.

NON-DELIVERED ORDERS

If your order has not been delivered as expected, please use the Track & Trace code to check its status. If there are issues with the delivery, or if it's marked as delivered but not received, please get in touch with us for assistance.

FREE RETURNS FOR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

If you receive an item by mistake, you can return it to us free of charge. Please register the return online at support@modestmaillot.com.
