At Modest Maillot, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find yourself less than completely satisfied, rest assured that we have your back. Just return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. In our efforts to be eco-friendly, we are transitioning to a paperless system. Consequently, when you buy a swimsuit, you will receive a confirmation email that serves as your proof of purchase. Kindly keep this email for future reference.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure to return the item in a new and unused condition, with all the tags and labels intact. It's important to keep the hygiene sticker intact as well, as removing it will make us unable to provide a refund. Once we receive your item, we will promptly notify you via email. If the item meets the stated requirements, please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for the refund to be credited back to your account. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (please note that shipping costs will not be refunded). In the unlikely event that you haven't heard from us within 7 days after sending the return, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@modestmaillot.com, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
